Twig Farm Goat Tomme is a raw goat milk cheese, aged about 80 days. The cheese features a natural rind and a semi-hard texture. The milk for this cheese is made with the milk from pastured goats on our farm and from the farm of Dan Robertshaw, an off-the-grid goat dairy in Bridport, VT. Tomme was a ribbon winner at the American Cheese Society competition in 2006. The Tomme weighs about 2 pounds. The cheese is shipped via Fedex. If you are sending the cheese as a gift, please send us an email with what you would like written on the card. Please note the stated prices include shipping.

Cheese orders ship on Mondays or Tuesdays to ensure the cheese does not sit in Fedex warehouses over the weekend. All sales are final.
